Email is where your life actually happens — your flights, your invoices, your child’s school notices, your job offers, your deliveries. But the tools we use to manage it were designed for a different era, when a hundred messages a week felt like a lot.
Kite is our answer. It reads, understands and organises your inbox so that what matters rises to the top and everything else quietly handles itself.
Who we are
Kite is built by Synctric Technology Private Limited, a software company incorporated in India and headquartered in Surat, Gujarat.
We’re a small team of engineers and designers who were tired of starting every morning with 200 unread messages and no idea which three of them actually needed us. So we built the client we wanted to use.
What Kite does
- Understands every message. Kite analyses incoming mail to work out what it is and what, if anything, you need to do about it — before you open it.
- Organises automatically. Travel, receipts, packages, news, shopping and more, each sorted into its own view with a layout designed for that kind of mail.
- Summarises your day. A single daily brief that tells you what’s arriving, who’s waiting on you, and what’s coming up.
- Cleans up after you. Kite spots the senders you never open and makes unsubscribing a single tap instead of a chore.
- Works how you talk. Ask your inbox a question. Dictate a reply and have it written in your own tone.
What we believe about your data
Your inbox is the most private thing you own online. We treat it that way.
- We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We never show you ads, and we never use your mail to target them.
- We never train general-purpose AI models on your messages. AI in Kite works for you and only for you.
- We use Google's official OAuth flow. We never ask for your password, and access tokens are encrypted.
- You're in control. Revoke access whenever you like. Delete your account and your data goes with it.
